Rose Ann Rueda went to be with the Lord on January 10, 2021 at the age of 61 in her hometown of Abilene, TX. Her battle with medical issues in recent years showed her courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Rose stayed strong until the very end. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend with a huge heart of gold. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Rose. She loved spending time with her family and found happiness in baking her famous banana nut bread and banana drop cookies.
She was preceded in death by her brother Roel Lopez, sister Edna Gonzalez, and daughter Rachelle Lee Rueda.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Rose Marquez and Brooklyn Lugo, son Ramiro Rueda Jr, granddaughters: Adrian Ramirez, Mia Rueda and Gianna Rueda; grandsons: Anthony Ramirez and Seven Rueda. Her mother Rachel Bleeker and stepfather Wayne Bleeker, father
Robert Lopez, brother Bobby Lopez, sisters: Diane Ramirez, Irma Lopez, Mary Baumann, Venus Johnson, Sandy Keltz, Eunice Lopez-Young, and brother Kenny Lopez. And numerous nieces and nephews.
"She fought the good fight, she finished the race, and she kept the faith"

She had earned this rest in her life....bless her heart, she had overcome more obstacles, bounced back from so many bumps on the road along the way and continued to smile and encourage everyone along the way!
She was a sweet, loving, beautiful soul’
She will be missed, but her smile and unconditional love will never be forgotten... may she dance and smile I’m heaven,,,, love to you all, Connie
